We are a nurse-owned and operated, licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Oceanside, CA — offering compassionate care, mobility support, and attentive help with long-term health needs. With only 6 residents, care here stays personal, calm, and always dignified.

We specialize in residents who need a stable, home-like enviroment with higher-acuity support:

- Bed-bound or total assist
- Hospice residents (all agencies welcome)
- Oxygen, Foley, colostomy (with HH/Hospice support)
