At our 6-resident, nurse-led home, your loved one is never just a room number. With only six residents, we know each person by name, by preference, and by heart — delivering attentive, compassionate care around the clock so your family can breathe easy.
- Nutritious meals prepared daily — and patient, gentle assistance with eating whenever it’s needed. Because a warm meal, eaten with dignity, matters.
- Medication assistance, pharmacy coordination, and daily health monitoring — fully managed and documented. Our nurse-led team assists with every medication, tracks vitals regularly, and logs bowel movements and other key health indicators daily. When a medication runs low, we coordinate directly with the resident’s pharmacy and arrange for delivery straight to our home — so families never have to worry about refills, pickups, or missed doses. All medication coordination is handled by our administrator, who is also a licensed nurse. One point of contact. Complete peace of mind.
- Respectful assistance with bathing, dressing, and incontinence care — always done with privacy, patience, and dignity.
- Housekeeping and personal laundry — residents’ rooms, linens, and clothing are all taken care of. One less thing for your family to worry about.
- Watchful, nurse-trained eyes — observing and reporting every change in condition. You’ll never be the last to know.
- Range-of-motion exercises, safe transfers, and ambulation support — keeping your loved one moving, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
- Routine vital sign monitoring — proactive, not reactive. Early awareness means better outcomes.
- Transportation arranged, escorted check-ups, and wheelchair-accessible rides — handled for you. We partner with a dedicated wheelchair-friendly transport provider so every resident, regardless of mobility, can get to appointments safely and comfortably. No coordinating, no stress — we take care of every detail.
